Magnum Motors is the best! I live in Anchorage and I looked online at Magnum's site, www.magnumalaska.com for a Ford F-150 after searching for a long time and found the vehicle I had been looking for. They even flew me down to Soldotna on a scheduled flight to pick up my new truck! Talk about great customer service. Kenny had me out of there in no time and I was driving my truck back to Anchorage. Thank you Magnum Motors.
We purchased a second car for our daughter after buying one for ourselves because the process was so easy. Travis was so helpful and found us exactly what we were looking for. There was absolutely no pressure and the prices were very fair. We didn't have to go back and forth on price or anything and we live in Anchor Point so we couldn't go back and forth. It definitely was the easiest purchase we have ever made. If you want a no hassle deal and don't like to run around, then I recommend that you go and see Travis at Magnum Motors. He saved us alot of time and grief when he found us what we wanted.
I would buy a car from them again in a heartbeat. I am from Fairbanks and I called RJ on the phone and told him what I wanted and he found it for me the next day. To make it a little more complicated, I needed it delivered in Phoenix as a surprise! He made all of the arrangements and had a beautiful Mercedes waiting there for me to enjoy. He really went the extra mile to get this car for us and I highly praise them for their ability to show great customer service. If you need a car or truck and they don't have it in stock they will find it for you and it is still priced less than their competitors. I don't know how they do it but I am a believer in Magnum Motors.
We wanted to take our time looking at used cars because it is a big step for us to buy something. We met Travis at Magnum Motors and he showed us many different cars and let us test drive them, and he didn't even have to come with us on the drive. That surprised us! We didn't have someone looking over our shoulder and bothering us while we were making our decisions. We came back to Magnum many times not knowing which car we felt comfortable with. Travis was extremely patient and said several times for us to take our time and not be hurried. After many test drives and visits to the dealership we settled on a beautiful Toyota Rav4 that we really love. It is exactly what we needed and at a price that we could afford. Thank you Travis for all that you have done for us.
My budget didn't allow me to purchase a vehicle that was very expensive so I was looking for some really cheap cars. I came on the lot at Magnum and explained my situation that I needed an affordable used car but it could not be expensive. They were friendly and showed me some cars and trucks that were way out of my price range, at least that is what I thought at first. They explained to me that they always price their vehicles at the "No Hassle" price and that they would be a lot less than I was thinking. All I had to do was look at the windshield and see the prices clearly marked. I was just afraid that those cars were expensive, they certainly looked expensive. They got me ino a Honda Civic that at first I was sure was too much for me but when it was all said and done was less expensive that most of the cars I had looked at in the paper. They have made a believer out of me.
We used to always buy our vehicles in Anchorage because we thought that there was more selection and options of dealers there. We live in Homer and don't have the much time when it comes to shopping for a car. We like to go and get it done and not worry about the process. As we were driving to Anchorage on the Sterling Highway we noticed Magnum Motors right in downtown Soldotna and stopped. We thought that we would just look and see what they had and go back there if they didn't have what we wanted in Anchorage. To our suprise, they had a great selection and we thought that we would just test drive one and be on our way to Anchorage. After our first test drive we had to just do one more and then we were hooked. Travis just kept giving us keys, we were like kids in a candy store. There wasn't any pressure at all and we didn't realize how long we had been there. We absolutey fell in love with a perfect Honda Pilot and made our purchase. Needless to say we didn't make it to Anchorage but there is always the next time. My husband thinks that Magnum Motors has a better selection of used cars than we had seen before in Anchorage, I think he is right. We will be back for our next car purchase or maybe to just test drive some neat cars. Thanks

After searching for many months for a new truck, I stumbled onto Magnum Motors website www.magnummotors.com and saw the beautiful selection of used trucks that they had. These weren't used as in the sense of abused but preowned and very nice. They had the exact truck that I was looking at new but with only 5,000 miles on it and many thousands less. This truck was as though the prior owner had just broke it in and had it's first oil change. I couldn't believe my eyes when I finally saw it in person and Travis let me take it out for a spin. He even told me to take my time and have it for as long as I liked. I was ready to go back to the store after a quick trip around the block as I knew this was the truck for me. I can't believe that I saved that much money at Magnum Motors. My truck was almost half of the price of the new one I was ready to buy. Boy am I glad to have found their website and found such an affordable used truck. Thanks Magnum!
I want to thank you both for the best vehicle purchase experience of my life. At 45 years old, that's not a light statement. You guys are really onto something. From the moment Travis explained how you do business, all the stress was instantly taken out of the equation. It turned stressful experience into an enjoyable one; which is how car buying should be.
I'm so impressed with the experience, that when we pay the truck off and it's my wife's turn, I'm thinking I'll have Kristi decide what make/model she wants, then call you guys and ask you to let me know when you have something in the neighborhood of what she wants. In the mean time, you can bet I'll be telling my friends and anyone else I come across looking for a vehicle.
By the way, for all the bad mouthing I did about computers and that pesky tire pressure light, check this out when we got home I got my accurate dial/needle air gauge out and checked the tires. All four were at 31 lbs; adjusted them down to 29 lbs IAW the door jamb sticker; and loe and behold the light went out. Apparently it senses high pressure too. My initial impression is i'll be darn, this thing might really work! We'll see how it works in the long run, but I wanted to share that tidbit with ya'll.
Finally, Mr Duke, you are one fine man letting my boy drive that Camaro SS yesterday showed your true spirit. He'll be talking about that and telling his friends for a long time to come. You didn't have to do that, and I can't imagine a another car lot anywhere in the world that would have taken the time with a 20 year old knowing there was zero sale potential. From one father to another Thank you for your kindness.
Again, my sincerest thanks for who you both are and what you do.
